Terms and Conditions
Partner Contest – JustMarkets TOP Partner Contest
1. Introduction:
1.1. The JustMarkets TOP Partner Contest (hereinafter – “Contest”) is organized by JustMarkets for all active Partners.
1.2. The total prize pool for the Contest is $100,000, which includes guaranteed Cash Prizes and Lucky Draws.
1.3. Contest Period: 1st of June 2026 to 31st of July 2026 (all dates inclusive).
1.4. By participating in the Contest, each Participant fully agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2. How to Enter the JustMarkets TOP Partner Contest?
2.1. To participate in the Contest, Partners need to:
- Be an active, registered Partner of the JustMarkets during the Contest Period.
- Refer new Clients to JustMarkets during the Contest Period. Only Clients who register and verify their accounts within the Contest Period are eligible.
2.2. No separate registration is required. Once the above conditions are met, active Partners are automatically included in the Contest.
3. Earning Points
3.1. Partners earn Points based on the trading activity of their referred Clients during the Contest Period:
- 1 Point is awarded when a referred and verified Client trades at least 3 universal lots.
- 1 additional Point is awarded for every subsequent 5 universal lots traded by the same Client.
For example:
3 lots → 1 Point
8 lots → 2 Points
13 lots → 3 Points
* A universal lot is defined as 100,000 USD in trading volume (opened and closed). Different instruments have different contract sizes and prices, so the volume created by 1 universal lot is not always the same.
Please note that the value of instruments can vary significantly.
Please see example: To open and close deals for 1 lot (100 contracts) of XAUUSD, it is approximately 265,000 USD.
3.2. Only trades executed on real Standard, Pro, or Raw Spread accounts are eligible. Trades on Demo accounts do not qualify for participation in the Contest.
4. Selecting the TOP- 50 Winners
4.1. The winners will be determined based on the total Points earned during the Contest Period. The leaderboard, which will be updated daily on JustMarkets website, will reflect the cumulative Points of each Partner reflecting certain Partner Codes. At the end of the Contest Period, Partners will ranked 1 to 50 (“Top 50”) shall each receive a guaranteed cash prize:

4.2. The determination of rankings and allocation of prizes by JustMarkets shall be final, binding, and not subject to dispute.
5. Conducting the Weekly Lucky Draw
5.1.In addition to the main Contest, a Weekly Lucky Draw will be held throughout the Contest Period.
5.2.Each week, all Partners who earn 10 points or more during the past week, will automatically be entered into the Weekly Lucky Draw. Each eligible Partner will have equal chances of winning the weekly prize , regardless of the number of points. Each Partner has 1 chance to win.
5.3.The winners will be determined through a random draw – Wheel of fortune, each Tuesday within all qualified Participants for the last week (from Monday till Sunday).
5.4.In each Weekly Lucky Draw, 5 winners will be selected. The Weekly Lucky Draw will take place over 8 weeks during the Contest Period, and each winner will be awarded a money prize of 500 USD.
5.5. A Participant may win only once per week. If a Participant is selected as a winner more than once during the random draw process, only their first selection will be considered valid, and any subsequent selections will be disregarded and replaced with another eligible Participant.
6. Conditions for receiving Prizes
6.1. The announcement of the main Contest (Top 50) winners will take place after the end of the Contest Period, no later than the following week. The results will be published on the JustMarkets website and/or official social media channels.
6.2. The time and place of the Weekly Lucky Draw will be indicated on the JustMarkets website and in official social networks. The list of winners will be published on the JustMarkets website and official social media pages within 10 business days of their selection.
6.3. JustMarkets will notify the winners via email or/and phone, using the contact details specified in the Client’s Personal Area.
6.4. Winners must be available for communication within 10 calendar days from the date of the winner announcement. If the Company is unable to reach the winner within this period, the prize may be canceled.
6.5. To receive a reward, the winner’s Personal Area must be fully verified. If full verification is not completed within 7 business days after the winner announcement, the Company reserves the right to cancel the reward.
6.6. Cash prizes will be credited to the trading account that participated in the Contest within 45 business days after the Company receives confirmation from the winner.
6.7. The cash prize is available for trading or withdrawal.
7. General Terms
7.1. By participating in this Contest, Partners automatically agree to the use of their Partner Code for identification purposes in JustMarkets marketing activities, including publication on the JustMarkets website, social media channels, and other promotional materials. For privacy reasons, no personal data will be disclosed.
7.2. In the event that multiple Client accounts referred by the same Partner share the same IP address, personal data, or other indications suggesting fraudulent activity, JustMarkets reserves the right to disqualify those Client accounts from counting towards the Contest. Any suspicious activity related to Clients’ accounts or Partners’ conduct may lead to disqualification of the Partner from the Contest.
7.3. JustMarkets reserves the right to disqualify any participant at its sole discretion, including but not limited to, suspected fraudulent activity, manipulation, or any abuse of the Contest rules, such as opening offsetting trades or exploiting technical errors.
7.4. JustMarkets reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
7.5. There are no restrictions on the partner revenue share from the trading accounts that participate in the Contest.
7.6. By participating in this Contest, Partners confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Client Agreement and Introducing Broker Agreement published on the JustMarkets website.
7.7. Any situation not explicitly covered by these Terms will be resolved at the sole discretion of JustMarkets.
